Mad World volume 2


I was really impressed by the gears of war (xbox game see previous post) so i've searced for that beautiful song on YOUTUBE and here is what i found. a really really cool video clip no more words just enjoy.... Thumbs UP, hats off, clap clap and BRAVO....

If you remember in this post. On feb 4 we are going to watch the Superbowl and along with the superbowl we are going to see Doritos experiment coming to life. User generated content in a TV ad during the superbowl, few years ago this might have sound like a fiction scenario for an ambitious psycho movie. The results however are impressive i saw some OK ideas i saw a professional one with great cinematography and aesthetics let's see who would be the winner for those of you who need a sneak peak here. enjoy my fav? i'm between mous trap & Duct tape (humor always wins)

Johnny What?


Johnny cupcakes is a bright example of - FUN created Business- This Clothing Brand is Located in BOSTON USA and has a really really really good range of T-shirts all themed after the famous Cupcake. The Cupcake is a fetish item for that brand appears in every design they bring out. The Online shop is really cool and the whole concept shows how to make quality business and having FUN at the same time. Another interesting fact that comes up, is the unlimited creativity that can be found on T-Shirts in general many designers around the world express their creativity by making t-shirts. There are also some books in which you can find lots of t-shirt design, i think that there is a big Culture behind that piece of fabric. Guess who is back


Guess who's back Back again Coke is back Tell a friend Guess who's back... Coca Cola.... enters the Superbowl side of life. 9years from it's last presence in the Super SuperBowl commercials Break, Coke strikes again. This time W+K is up to something. In my opinion they are going to create magic... they always do. As Coke confirmed they are going to air three spots. The first one will be the "Grand theft auto look" ad which can be found at this blog as well. The second one would be the Awarded "happiness factory" and the third one is a surprise. As they say it is going to be a spot created for the superbowl... The intresting part though is the Battle between Coke and Pepsi.... let's hope that Creativity will win in the end.

Somewhere near the Sea


Today i was looking with great interest the picture above. It is the Sea, this Big Blue that has inspired so many people, the big blue that makes the sky as blue as it gets, this in my opinion is the ultimate view. Sea is a great source of inspiration sometimes it seems blank just waiting for things to happen sometimes thing happen in the Sea but Sea never seems full and that's something really important...That was only a silly thought... After all sometimes is better starting out of the window.

One of the things i like to do when i'm in front of my laptop, is to type random URL's; today i tried the word current.com. And i was lucky to find my self in a very intersting web site. Current is the TV of the Web. They say that it's the TV where people can make their own content, and this varies from Tv shows to Ads for clients like Toyota, Sony, T-mobile and others. It sounds like a blank canvas waiting for people (you) project colorfull ideas (user generated content) onto. a really really interesting web place that can be found here so spend some time exploring it, who knows you might make your own money by uploading content.

All together


Some of the most respected Ad agencies in the world : W+K, 180Amsterdam, Ogilvy, Y&R and LOWE took part in a very special initiative that was hosted by MTV. All these agencies created upon a common aim, and that was to help the fight against AIDS. The Agencies briefed their creatives, and they've created some really interesting and inspiring work. Mad ideas...



It's amazing how sometimes the music can totally change an ad. In this Case the creatives, did something really neat. They just made he simple thought of using a rahter unusual song in a war game for Xbox. the result was to make people who have no relation with video games sart converse on that ad and that in my opinion happened because of the Song Selection.. that;s a MAd job..

World Advertising Record

Shell is about to launch this march the most expensive Tv Commercial of all times. The Commercial created by JWT London will transform London to F1 Circuit, the total cost of the TV Commercial will be about 2.97million Euros which makes that ad the most expensive ad ever done. Isn't it nice when the limit is the Sky. Shooting will begin on Feb17 in streets of London. Let's see if these money will be well spent.

Welcome Nike..


Nike is another great company that entered the user generated content. Nike created a web site in which visitors can create and remaster the tv commercial of the Air Force Campaign. You can make your own clip choose the music you want to put in it and mix the scenes of the commerial. It is something really interesting and show in the best way the fact that says: Web is the largest creative playground. It's the place where Impossible is nothing applies in full scale it's the future my friends enjoy this site in

Human what?
That's a quite interesting site. These guys have created a human upgrade institute in which they perform platic surgeries based on the newest discoveries of DNA manipulation. It's really weird. Check out this site and you wil see some plastic surgeries that aim to make our life easier in several issues, including Sports, Sex and everyday life. Yet i'm not sure if this is real but i'll do a small research about it and i get back soon. Somehow these alterations could easily be creative feed for the PlayStation.

Moreover from what I noticed so far some of the things produced by simple users, even if they are Web sites, videos or whatever, are pieces of Art the art of everyday life and stand out as professional works.
